Please accept my sincere greetings on the Day of Farewell Bell and the end of the academic year.
Another chapter of a glorious educational manuscript of the Country of Knowledge has been turned over. Throughout the year you have used the sources of culture and spirituality, learnt the laws of animate and inanimate nature, treasures of mother language, and humanistic values. The youngest took the first step towards perception, while the farewell bell signaled the beginning of a new adult life for the school-leavers.
It is a special day for the teachers, whose self-devotion and kindness provided spiritual and physical growth, formed your life principles, and tempered your will and character.
I bend low before the teachers and educators who form a highly educated society!
